The PSSD Zoom Group is a live video session held weekly by fellow sufferers who come together to share their stories. They help create coping strategies for PSSD and provide a safe space for those struggling.

This event takes place every Monday at 18:00 BST. You will be added to a WhatsApp Group to discuss weekly topics for the meetings. Please contact us below with your phone number if you are interested in joining.
