Volunteer With Us

Why Volunteer?

We're on a mission to speed up research and find treatments or a cure for PSSD. In order to do this, we need volunteers to help raise awareness about PSSD so the medical community cannot ignore us any longer.

Volunteering has given many people a practical approach to living with PSSD. It has helped people reduce feelings of helplessness and feel a sense of empowerment by taking action.

You will be joining a global community who are working hard to make a difference.

WILL MY IDENTITY/ PRIVACY BE PROTECTED?

We understand the importance of your privacy and will ensure that all our volunteers personal information will be treated with confidentiality and never shared.

Some of our volunteering opportunities can be completed without sharing your name, showing your face, or sharing any other personal identification.

Please take a look below at the list of volunteering opportunities which show the level of anonymity.

How much time will it take?

The amount of time you want to spend volunteering is entirely up to you. Some of our volunteering tasks take as little as 5-10 minutes a week, with our more in-depth projects taking longer.

Any amount of time you give will advance our mission.

Volunteering is flexible and you have the freedom to choose how you want to participate to suit your lifestyle.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY HELP WILL BE EFFECTIVE?

We couldn’t be where we are today without our volunteers!

We are getting more media attention than ever before because of our combined efforts.

Take a look at some of the latest media stories, which our team has helped support.

What volunteering opportunities are there?

Report PSSD To Your Country Regulator

Report your PSSD to your health agency in your region. It is important that when you report your symptoms, you should list them all in detail. If you only write ‘PSSD’, all the wide range of symptoms is lost and your report will not count.

The Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities (MedDRA) added a code for post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (10086208) in 2021. When reporting, you might want to specifically mention this code in addition to providing details of your symptoms.

Send Adverse Reaction Report To RXISK
