"I took Paxil (paroxetine) once, one-half pill, for mild anxiety symptoms.

A few hours after taking it, I experienced all the symptoms attributed to PSSD quite severely. These symptoms included physical/sexual ones such as genital numbness, erectile dysfunction (ED), skin numbness, loss of libido, and the absence of sexual fantasies. Additionally, I experienced mental symptoms like short-term memory loss, brain fog, anhedonia, and depersonalization.

To date, it has been 1.5 years since I stopped taking the medication, yet PSSD persists as if it were the first day of withdrawal.
